The obstacle is the way.
I really think a champion is defined not by their wins, but how they can recover when they fall.
Yo -
It’s easy to be the “good guy” when things are going well.
But can you be the good guy when things fall apart?
The ability to recover when you fall is what sets true champions apart from the rest.
Resilience and mental toughness are critical in the recruiting process.
You will face challenges in your journey — whether it's an injury, a loss, or a missed opportunity. But it's important to remember that setbacks are not the end of the road. Rather, they are opportunities for growth and learning.
Champions don't give up when they fall. They get back up, dust themselves off, and keep pushing forward. They use their setbacks as fuel to work harder and smarter, and to become even better than they were before.
So, if you're dreaming of earning a scholarship and making a name for yourself in the world of sports, remember that it's not just about winning. It's about developing the mindset of a true champion - one who is resilient, determined, and always willing to get back up when they fall.
Keep working hard, stay focused on your goals, and fighting until the end.
GET AFTER IT.
