Newsletter: The ONE Supplement You Should Take

It's magical.

Consult your doctor before use of supplements. I’m not a doctor, and I don’t play one on the internet.

Yo -

I get asked about supplements fairly often.

They’re great when they’re exactly that — supplemental to a solid nutritional diet.

But there is one particular supplement I’m fond of.

Vitamin D

People have literally written entire books about how Vitamin D is an athlete’s best friend and greatest asset outside of physical improvement.

You can buy it anywhere — and it’s cheap.

If you’re going to take ONE supplement, let it be Vitamin D.

But remember, nothing replaces a healthy nutritional diet.

P.S. Other supplements worth looking into: magnesium, iron, any protein addition, and collagen. Creatine for those trying to get JACKED. Please consult your doctor before use — I’m not a doctor, and I don’t play one on the internet.
