Newsletter: Why self-evaluations in emails to college coaches are WORTHLESS

A terrible mistake.

Yo -

Don’t make this massive mistake.

The mistake: including a “self-evaluation” in emails to college coaches.

DON’T DO IT.

What not to do

A self-evaluation is when you tell the coach what kind of player you are.

Coaches don’t trust your evaluation.

It’s worthless to them.

In fact, it can hurt your chances.

What to do instead

Instead, only include facts in your emails to college coaches.

Height, weight, school name, coach’s contact info…that kind of stuff.

Then send video.

Lots of it.

Coaches trust what they can see with their own eyes.

Less self-evaluations.

More video.

The facts guy,
